Security of Your SumoSim Wallet 

As part of your SumoSim subscription, you’re provided with a non-custodial crypto wallet. This means you retain full control of your wallet and private keys — SumoSim does not store or have access to your private keys, wallet contents, or transactions. 

How We Help Keep Your Wallet Secure 

  • Secure Access: Wallet login is protected via email-based authentication, with additional verification steps as needed. 

  • End-to-End Encryption: We use industry-standard encryption to protect wallet session data during login and interaction. 

  • Zero Access Model: Because your wallet is non-custodial, only you have access to its contents. SumoSim cannot recover private keys or reverse transactions. 

Your Responsibilities as Wallet Owner 

With great control comes great responsibility. To keep your wallet secure, we recommend: 

  • Secure Your Email Account: Since your wallet access is tied to your email, protecting your email account (with a strong password and two-factor authentication) is essential. 

  • Backup Your Recovery Phrase: Your SumoSim wallet includes a recovery phrase (seed phrase). Store this offline in a safe place. Never share it. 

  • Stay Vigilant: Be cautious of phishing attempts that try to trick you into revealing wallet credentials or recovery phrases. 

If You Suspect Unauthorised Access 

If you believe your wallet has been compromised: 

  1. Immediately secure your email account 

  1. Transfer funds to a new secure wallet (if you still have access)

Whenever you connect with us through our website, we use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to protect your information. SSL encrypts your data as it travels from your device to our servers, ensuring it stays private and secure. Plus, for your confidence and transparency, we clearly explain how and when we use your information in our terms and conditions.

If you see a padlock icon in your web browser address bar while using SumoSim, it means you’re browsing in a secure environment. This secure mode encrypts your personal information, making it extremely difficult for anyone to intercept or access your data. We also regularly update our encryption technology to ensure your payment details remain safely protected.     

Secure Payments 

When you pay through the SumoSim website, you benefit from an extra layer of security. Our payment gateway uses Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode to work with your card issuer, adding an additional verification step to confirm it’s really you making the purchase. This helps keep your payments safe — without any extra hassle. 

Staying Vigilant

We continuously monitor for suspicious activity, but please remember—we will never ask you to share your secure login details via email. If you receive an email that seems suspicious, don’t click any links or provide any information. Instead, access your account directly through the SumoSim website and contact us for assistance.
