How can I request an eSIM?

Simply log in to your Account Dashboard and request an eSIM for your sim plan.

Can I keep my existing number?

Yes, you can keep your existing number by going to your Account Dashboard and adding your existing number and PAC code.

Request a PAC code from your existing network provider by texting "PAC" to 65075

How do I pay for my SumoSim?

Once you've chosen your sim, pick from one of the available payment methods to set up your plan.

Your sim-only plan is an online subscription that is charged every 30 days.

You can cancel at any time via your account dashboard.
